Creator Rules
The rules you accept before your first public broadcast, with the adult reconfirmation and moderation disclosure.
1. Be respectful.
Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats are not allowed.
2. Keep content appropriate.
Do not share content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise illegal or harmful.
3. No nudity or sexual activity.
Nudity, pornographic content, and sexual activity are strictly prohibited.
4. No illegal activities.
Do not promote, engage in, or encourage illegal activities, including drugs, weapons, or scams.
5. Protect privacy.
Do not share personal information about yourself or others (such as address, phone number, email, ID numbers, or financial details). Do not record or share someone without their consent.
6. No impersonation or misleading content.
Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the purpose of your content.
7. Follow platform rules.
Do not manipulate the platform, bypass restrictions, or use third-party tools to inflate views, likes, or gifts.
8. Report and cooperate.
Report content that violates these rules. Cooperate with Swayli's reviews and investigations.
9. Adult reconfirmation
You must be 18 years of age or older to host on Swayli.
Do not expose your own or others' personal information on stream.
10. How we moderate
Swayli screens posted text automatically and acts on reports from the community. We may interrupt, remove, or end streams that violate these rules. Evidence may be retained for moderation and safety. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. You have the right to appeal enforcement decisions through the in-app process.
