Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Swayli. By continuing you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reject under-18 date-of-birth entries and we may route risk signals to a proportionate age review. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure and your profile truthful. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share it, sell it, or use it on behalf of someone who is banned.

3. Prohibited conduct

Do not harass, threaten, or degrade anyone. Do not post nudity, sexual activity, or sexual solicitation. Do not post hate speech or promote violence. Do not promote illegal goods or activities. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not expose your own or anyone else's personal information. Do not manipulate the platform or inflate views, follows or gifts with third-party tools.

4. Enforcement

We apply an enforcement ladder: warning, content removal, feature restriction, temporary suspension, and permanent ban. We may act immediately and without prior notice where there is a risk of serious harm. You may appeal an eligible decision once, inside the app, before the deadline shown on the decision.

5. Purchases

Diamonds are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices shown by the store are authoritative and include the store's applicable taxes. Diamonds are consumable virtual items and there is no subscription of any kind. See the Virtual Items Rules for the full terms, including refunds.

6. Service changes and disputes

We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Disputes are handled first through in-app support; if that does not resolve the matter, the courts of your place of residence may hear the claim where local law gives you that right.
