Virtual Items Rules

1. Diamonds are consumable virtual items

Diamonds are a licensed, consumable virtual item for use inside Swayli only. They are not money, not legal tender, and not a stored-value or payment instrument.

Diamonds have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, cashed out, transferred to another account, resold, or redeemed for anything outside Swayli. Receiving a gift does not create any right to a payment.

2. Buying diamonds

Diamond packs are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and diamond quantity are shown before you confirm. Your store handles the payment; we validate the receipt on our server and credit the exact quantity once. A pending purchase credits nothing until the store completes it; a failed purchase credits nothing at all.

3. Sending gifts

Each gift has a fixed diamond price shown in the gift tray before you confirm. Diamonds are debited only after the server confirms the gift. Gifts are final once sent and cannot be reversed by you. Gifts are a way to say thank you — they never buy safety exemptions, ranking, or private content.

4. No subscriptions

Swayli sells consumable diamond packs only. There is no subscription, no membership tier, and nothing that renews or charges you again on a schedule. Every purchase is a one-time charge for a quantity shown before you confirm.

5. Refunds and expiry

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves. Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a withdrawal right, that right applies.

Unused diamonds are forfeited if you delete your account, and deleting your account does not itself create a refund. If your account is permanently banned for a serious policy violation, balances are not restored.
